My client is a premium / luxury brand and has successfully been trading in the UK for a few years, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to come and join their growing team in central London.

The role itself you will be looking to improve the customer service experience while leading a successful customer service team. Day to day you will be analysing customer correspondence and creating processes and procedures to improve all relevant critical areas of the business. You will be expected to liaise with the warehouse team, stores and carriers you will need to be outgoing and able to communicate with people on all levels. You will also be expected to investigate new opportunities that will improve our service proposition.

To apply for this role, you will need to have experience in managing a customer service in a fashion/retail environment.
