CRM Manager - Retention
Our client, a fast growing grocery and subscription business is currently looking to recruit a CRM Retention Manager paying up to £45,000.
You will be key in shaping and building the customer retention and loyalty proposition.
You will create, own and deliver the overall CRM strategy; identifying key commercial levers and priorities across range of CRM channels. You will deliver CRM and loyalty plans; ensuring internal teams and agencies (where applicable) are aware and execute against delivery plans.
To be considered you will ideally have strong Klavyio experience however that is a desirable. You will be good at data led insights, email automation, email strategy creation, email planning and customer insights.
