Our client, a leading sports brand, is looking for a strong CRM Manager to join their team in Surrey. 

The role will be based in the office 2 times a week with the rest working from home. It's paying up to £50k + bonus and Benefits. 

It would be ideal to have Bloomreach experience, or similar, and you will be responsible for owning the CRM strategy and implementation, lifecycle, and hands on execution. 

You will focus on retention, reporting using GA4, presenting reports to senior stakeholders and building automated journeys. 

The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team and autonomously.
