You will manage performance or CRM channels, including emails, DM, SMS and push as well as data within the communication of automated marketing journeys, including sales alignment and management of data. You will work closely with all departments to ensure CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
You will have an ability to lead a team and develop others with previous experience in email marketing and managing a CRM team. You will need knowledge of google analytics, HTML, code, segmentation, customer profiling and a good understanding of journey requirements.
