LinkedIn has released its Top Companies List for 2024 – but which companies are leading the way?
LinkedIn’s list is generated by data, which ranks the top 25 best employers to grow a career within the UK. Some of the factors taken into consideration when ranking the companies include flexible working initiatives, as well as the implementation of AI processes.
The top 10 large companies in the UK according to LinkedIn are as follows:
- Mastercard
- Bain & Company
- AstraZeneca
- Deloitte
- Eli Lily and Company
- Kyndryl
- Tata Consultancy Services
- Barclays
- Vertex Pharmaceuticals
- HSBC
Mastercard rises to top position after being ranked 3rd place in 2023 and Barclays sees a significant drop to 8th despite being ranked 1st in 2023.
