A rapidly growing wellness company based in London is seeking a skilled Content Manager to join their innovative team and make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing their content strategy across all channels. Your primary focus will be on brand storytelling, bringing their product portfolio to life with engaging narratives that resonate with customers and drive conversion. You will ensure consistent messaging across all channels while balancing business demands and maintaining brand integrity. Initially, your focus will be on written content, supporting various marketing channels, with potential for expansion into event support, influencer partnerships, and multimedia content creation. Key performance indicators for this role include increased engagement across all channels, lead generation targets, and growth of their social media following. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget management, optimising resources to produce top-tier content.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of seeing ideas through from inception to publication while optimising output for results. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines is essential, along with excellent project management skills. You should have a portfolio showcasing your written and visual content creation, along with the strategy and results achieved. Technical proficiency in content creation, including tagging and SEO optimisation, is required. Ideally, you will have a background in scientific, beauty, or tech industries to accelerate your understanding of their business needs.
