CRO Specialist - International Company

Are you looking for a new CRO role? Are you looking to make the next steps in your CRO career?

My client is looking for a CRO manager to join their international company with over 17,000 stores worldwide. In this role, you will be taking charge of functional enhancements and will plan, organise and manage the website optimisation activity so that my clients’ customers benefit from a constantly engaging and improving experience. 

You will be working closely with external agencies in order to shape and deliver tests and you’ll be the go-to person for CRO in the business. Day to day you will work with key stakeholders to deliver tests from ideation, research, design, development, QA, and testing, utilising all elements of a user-centered design process.

In order to be a successful candidate, you must have good experience in site CRO as well as multivariate testing skills and tools. You must have had experience with agile methodologies and frameworks while having a proven track record of delivering complete UX lifecycle projects. The office is based around the Nottingham area but happy for you to come in once per twice per month.
