Digital Customer Experience Manager
Our client, a fast-growing sustainable Ecommerce brand is looking for a strong Digital Customer Experience Manager to lead their Customer Service function.
The role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service and experiences on a global scale, provide data reports and continually improve customer experience online including customer journeys.
You will control the customer experience strategy and operations, including improving online payments and returns. The role will be focused on global reach, if you have experience of this it would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have online experience as well as customer service experience and be able to own strategy and implementation. You will be able to work in a start-up, fast paced environment with an ability to work in an agile way.
