Digital Insights Manager 

Our well known health and wellbeing client is currently going through an exciting digital transformation and looking to recruit their first Digital Insights Manager paying up to £56,000 with one day in the office and the other four days working from home.

You will have overall accountability for the digital analytics platforms. The role exists to deliver reporting and insight on KBIs, to measure value generated by change and to propose improvement ideas/generate hypotheses for testing for the digital squads.You will educate and drive squads to use digital analytics tools to measure their success and to generate ideas. You will manage traditional web analytics tools such as Google analytics and voice of the customer tools like Medallia. You will deliver implementations of new digital insights tooling and define tagging requirements for new initiatives.

To be considered you will have significant, demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in digital analytics. You will have experience of analytics deployments on new websites and other digital products. You will also be familiar with a variety of digital platforms/tools (CMS, analytics etc).
