Digital Marketing Manager - Beauty

My client works within the luxury beauty sector and is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and support the collective achievement of sales growth. 

Day to day you will spearhead my client's Social Media Task Force to manage and grow their global presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and others, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach. You will be expected to develop and implement lead-generation strategies to attract, capture, and nurture leads across digital channels. You will lead the email marketing strategy for all brand and campaign requirements as part of a wider, integrated marketing strategy. You will also oversee the creation and curation of compelling and relevant digital content across various platforms, including website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and video. Finally, you will be expected to track and analyse digital communication metrics, including website traffic, search terms, SEO, social media engagement, email performance, and media coverage.
 
To apply for this role you must have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies and campaigns. You must be proficient in the use of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems, ideally including experience working with Prospect, Klayvio and Shopify.
