Digital Product Owner

This Sports fashion brand are looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to play a huge role within the Customer Care and eCommerce teams, Offering a Hybrid Model of working. They are building an international brand and are looking for someone who is used to a fast-paced environment and is passionate about what they do. You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Product joining a team of Product Managers, Developers and UX.

You will have a proven record of delivering Customer Service SaaS products and capabilities that span several processes and teams (ideally within an international setting). You will be working hand in hand with their Customer Care team to define new experiences for advisors and customers based on feedback, insights, and research. You will understand their new Customer Service platform end-to-end, and collaborate with their Customer Care, Operations and Technology leads to identify and communicate technical features and solutions. You will be working in partnership with their Head of Customer Care to set the vision, and lead development and delivery of 2021 Customer Service roadmap. You will be responsible for creating the right digital integrations that help unify data from multiple sources and enable the delivery of effortless, consistent, and personalised service.

To be an ideal candidate you will understand and influence and help the technical and business teams navigate new solutions to find the optimal way to deliver quickly. You will be a real team player working with a passion for creating the most outstanding customer experience. You will need an in depth understanding of contract regulations and have a strong analytical mindset. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Development, UX/UI, Customer Support and Operations is desirable.
