My client is looking for a passionate Ecommerce Executive to both manage and grow their UK and US website. The Brand had built a global plant powered online health shop.
Your key responsibilities are reporting day to day performance on the website against KPI’S and targets across the UK and US websites. Alongside monitoring key site metrics including conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, exit rates & traffic. You will use analytics to understand customer journeys to optimise sales, performance and define strategy. You will work closely with the marketing teams to identify new innovative ways to drive traffic and acquire new customers.
They are looking for someone with strong relationship and communication skills. They need you to be highly numerical and commercial with an interest in health, food and fitness. You will need experience within ecommerce, and an appetite for working in a fast-paced environment. Flexi-working, 2-3 days a week in office.
