Ecommerce Manager - Beauty
London 

Our client, a leading beauty brand with offices based in London, are looking for a strong Ecommerce Manager to join their team. 

The role is permanent and full-time, and based from a London office on a hybrid basis. It is paying between £50k to £55k, depending on experience, plus a bonus and benefits. 

You will be required to focus on the Customer journey, define CRO roadmaps, and be responsible for revenue/trading and conversion targets and personalisation. You will also be responsible for one direct report and have experience working with agencies, and presenting to a variety of stakeholders. 

Ideally, you will have experience working within a fast-paced Ecommerce brand, with exposure to international markets and some subscription experience would be beneficial. You will also create trading forecasts and optimise user journeys. 

You will be able to work well in a team and fast-paced environment. You will be proactive in nature and work well within a collaborative and creative environment.
