My client, a well known and growing toy brand with a prominent presence in the industry, is looking for a Ecommerce Manager to join their team and focus on building and developing their ecommerce proposition.
You will be responsible for co-owning the development and delivery of the strategy and day-to-day management of the site as well as overseeing CRM. You will also manage customer insight and data management reporting, and be able to collaborate effectively with other team members whilst providing an outstanding customer experience that drives conversion and revenues. You will have a hands on approach to the delivery of tactical initiatives on the brand’s e-commerce platform, improving the customer journey and driving conversion and revenue whilst ensuring the brand status is maintained at the highest level. You will work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies to increase email acquisition and meet planned growth targets, including management of data targets.
Ideally, you will have experience with AB and MVT testing and owning a P&L and have a strong track record of driving commercial growth and traffic with experience in website CMS and Google Analytics. You will constantly look to make tactical and strategical change to gain an edge in a crowded market. You will be able to own core ecommerce KPI's such as SEO, CVR, AOV, site engagement, and bounce rate as well as lead the development and management of CRO and Lead Gen roadmap.
