Ecommerce Optimisation Manager - Food
My client is an exciting, unique food business. Due to exciting expansion in the digital team they are looking for a Ecommerce Optimisation Manager to join their team and improve the online experience for their customers.
The Site Optimisation Manager will be responsible for ensuring sale opportunities are maximised online by offering seamless customer experience. This will involve availability of product, working across site navigation, product descriptions and category performance. You will use analytics to manage and control the path to purchase for customers and identify areas of the site which can benefit from optimisation initiatives. You will work across a range of teams including merchandising , buying and SEO, as well as managing site optimisation being responsible for content production for the site.
