My client works within sports retail and are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead all of their growth marketing within Performance & CRM.

My client is looking for an experienced, driven, and ambitious technical marketer, analytical, and commercial person. You will be managing global growth activities across UK, EU and US. Initially with an agency and then transitioning building your own internal team. You will be driving demand (sessions, users) into conversion and revenue in-line with category budget, ROAS and CPA targets. On a day-to-day basis you will be reporting on, analysing and optimizing paid Search channel performance and spend while overseeing the CRM and email marketing campaigns.

You must have strong Paid Search experience and CRM experience across global campaigns in a, high growth eCommerce business. My client requires hands-on experience in search ads management, CRM, Email marketing, optimizing Google and Bing ads with a strong attention to detail. My client needs someone who is analytical, and data oriented with a drive to problem-solve.
