My client is an amazing Beauty brand experiencing double-digit growth becoming a global force to be reckoned with, and they're looking for a talented brand marketer to join their team as a Head of Brand Campaigns.

You will establish brand direction within the context of the agreed global marketing calendar to propel brand awareness and customer penetration targets. This encompasses overseeing strategy, regional guidance, and guardrail delivery alongside key strategic projects such as sampling and branded merchandise. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maximising the potential of each new product development (NPD) and global campaign, ensuring timely delivery and holding regions and channels accountable for objectives and plan delivery. Driving consumer engagement and brand recall through powerful storytelling tailored to our core target market across various sales channels is crucial, as is safeguarding brand consistency globally while applying regional flexibility where necessary. Acting as the regional interface to leverage brand strategy for maximum impact on brand and commercial objectives, you'll also champion innovation within the category, bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to ensure continuous forward momentum.

I want to speak to people who possess an in-depth understanding of the skincare industry and a track record of delivering successful strategies across markets along with proven experience in developing global strategies, content, and activation plans. Being socially savvy with trend awareness and the ability to respond to consumer insights is essential, as is having a creative mindset to develop a strong brand vision and deliver standout global campaigns. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with experience in product launches from a consumer-centric perspective, strong analytical abilities, and commercial acumen to collaborate effectively with commercial and finance teams. Successful people management experience is also crucial, focusing on empowerment, coaching, and skill development within the team.
