Head of Digital - Acquisition

My client is an established beauty online retail business based in London looking for a Head of Acquisition. This is a fantastic opportunity to join them at this crucial time in their growth period and be responsible for driving their customer acquisition.

You will be responsible for maximising customer acquisition by developing all strategy across PPC and Paid Social, Affiliate marketing and SEO. You will be responsible for analysing performance channels and using this analysis to further underpin strategy that drives web traffic and enhances conversion rates. You will be responsible for developing engaging content and social media campaigns that focus on customer engagement and acquisition. You will be responsible for ensuring that all digital marketing initiatives around acquisition and performance channels are fully integrated.

To be considered for this role you will have a wealth of experience within PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate marketing at Senior strategic levels. You will have a strong understanding of the full digital marketing mix and be capable of developing strategy that encompasses all acquisition and performance initiatives. For this role you will need to be able to identify opportunities for growth for an online retail business with the drive and ambition to head up the entire department.
