Head of Ecommerce - Fashion

My client is looking for a Head of Ecommerce offering a competitive salary of up to £100,000 based in London currently operating a hybrid model of working. They are quickly becoming a fashion brand known to all. This is an upcoming brand that has tripled their revenue in one year with huge plans for the near future.

You will own the net revenue, average order size, value, conversion for their website. You will own all visual merchandising of your stores from products to signposting. You will also own the analytical and CRO tools that will help you unlock greater insight to build hypotheses to test and generate incremental output on your KPIs. You will hire, lead and coach a leading-edge team.

You will have experience managing/ leading digital retail/ecommerce. You will have great experience with analytical/ CRO tools such as Google Analytics and HotJar. You will also have great experience of demand creation using paid media (social in particular) and Shopify. You will have excellent analytical, interpersonal and fast learning skills.
