Head of Ecommerce
My industry-leading client is looking for a Head of Ecommerce. This huge Ecommerce business has a solution-based product with ambitious growth plans for the year, aiming to become the international market leader. They are offering a salary of £70,000; this is a fully remote role.
You will translate the business strategy into an ecommerce strategy to achieve the required growth in partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Head of Marketing. You will develop and manage the Ecommerce Strategy, mapping the customer journey and personalising the online customer experience. You will look at pricing strategy and management of product pricing. You will have ownership of the catalogue, from forecasting and purchasing to product and lifecycle management. You will manage the website and work closely with the product owner, you will also improve the loyalty programme, launching subscriptions and extending customer lifetime value.
You will have worked in a similar role before familiar, can lead on the day-to-day best practice. You will enjoy using data to sell stories and familiar with Adobe Commerce, split testing, and business intelligence platforms. You will thrive in a small, high-growth team and enjoy getting stuck in!
