Performance Marketing Manager - Travel

My client, an industry-leading travel company, is seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy Performance Marketing Manager to join their team.
You will lead the planning, optimisation, and management of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Digital Manager to meet key objectives for lead generation and conversions. You will utilise in-depth data analysis to pinpoint opportunities for optimising user acquisition, developing and testing content based on insights. Responsibilities also include setting up, regionalising, and optimising PPC campaigns, identifying and enhancing top-performing channels, and introducing new methodologies to elevate digital performance. Additionally, you will manage the campaign calendar, report on campaign metrics, share key results internally, oversee the digital advertising budget, and ensure tight collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in digital campaign management, a proven ability to transform insights into strategic action, and advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing. Proficiency in the Google stack, including Google Ads and Google Analytics, and expertise in campaign monitoring and analysis are essential. The candidate should demonstrate strong project management skills, experience in budget management, and the ability to advise confidently on digital and social media best practices. Experience in performance marketing within the travel or retail sectors is desirable. Personal qualities include being highly analytical, driven by data, outstanding in communication, and capable of building collaborative relationships within a matrixed organisation.
