Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are currently supporting a healthcare business in recruiting a Senior Customer Experience Manager paying £70k to £85k plus car plus bonus.

You will deliver on overall customer value proposition, ensuring the creation of a clear product/services and propositions roadmap and catalogue that aligns to the overall commercial strategy, desired service, quality and health outcomes, delivers sustainable profit for the benefit of the business. You will interpret and develop customer needs for current and future products and services from different sources of insights and market research. You will also develop individual and bundles of propositions to meet different customer segment needs and deliver improved beneficiary outcomes. You will collaborate with digital product owners to define product and proposition requirements and provide input to digital prioritisation.

To be considered you will have demonstrable knowledge, skills and experience in the field of Product/Services design. You will also have a good understanding of developing trends in the technologies to provide a context for the development of product and propositions catalogue and roadmap. You will also have strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, able to communicate well in writing and verbally at all levels.
