Senior Digital Marketing Manager- Acquisition

My client is a leading ecommerce brand in their niche and is looking for their first senior hire in digital to be responsible for PPC, Paid Social, and SEO. This pivotal role, reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the organisation.
You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy, managing marketing spend budgets and ROI across various acquisition channels such as Paid Search, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimise conversion and customer performance. You will also be tasked with analysing performance metrics to adjust strategies, monitoring industry trends, and competitor activity to ensure the company remains at the forefront of its market.
Ideally, you will have experience in B2C customer acquisition within an ecommerce environment or agency side, a strong understanding and hands-on experience in marketing across online channels, proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
