The Covid-19 pandemic changed the future of the working environment in definitely and business leaders are being encouraged to find suitable solutions for their employees as they embark on a way forward after the pandemic. Various elements of the employee experiences such as the wellbeing and upskilling employees are being taken into account as the importance of building a productive workforce remains priority. 

The UK currently has an engagement score of 45%, according to a survey by Engage Employee. HR leaders are optimistic about the future of remote working, as 48% of leaders believe remote working will become a “standard practice”.
